Friday, October 31, 2014 – PLAYER CHECK-IN (On Field for Interviews) & WELCOME DINNER
3:00pm to 5:00pm – High School Player Check-in at 3B Gate to receive uniforms. Player interviews will be captured on field (home plate & pitchers mound) Player’s need to be wear sports jacket and tie for interview.
6:30pm to 10:00pm - Welcome Dinner - MANDATORY – BE DRESSED IN JACKET & TIE
Saturday, November 1 – POWER SHOWCASE HOME RUN DERBY
UNDERCLASS POWER SHOWCASE 12:00pm - 5:30/6:00pm
12:00pm - Stadium Arrival - Player Check-in - Location: Rangers Media Room
12:15pm – 1:00pm – Mental Strength Training with Michael Cooper:Human Performance Mentors / Rangers Media Room
1:30pm – Player Check-in with Coach Joey Jara for Home Run Derby / batting order – 1st Base Dug-out
2:30pm – 2:45pm – Player Introductions
2:45pm – 2:50pm – National Anthem performed by Robert Brigance
3:00pm -6:00pm – Players will be able to warm up in the 3 indoor batting cages adjacent to the Visitors Club House and Media Room.
Each High School player receives 20 outs – 5 with wood & 15 with metal – BESR Bats Allowed. The pitching machine will be set at 70 mph from 55 feet away. Three Finalists from each age group will advance to the Championship Round on Sunday. During the Finals each players receives 15 outs with the bat of their choice.

Sunday, November 2nd Games as well as Finals for the POWER SHOWCASE Home Run Derby 12:00pm to 11:00pm
Due to the 12:00pm Cowboys home game on Sunday Nov 2, it is strongly suggested that all participants and parents be in the stadium before 2 pm. The roads will be closed due to the release/traffic from the game.
Parents parking lots E & Kare specifically designated for the POWER SHOWCASE group. There will only be ONE gate open to the stadium – Gate 3B
4:30pm – 4:45pm – Arms/player’s get loose
4:45pm – 5:05pm – (20 – minutes) Visiting Team Infield/Outfield
5:25pm – 5:45pm – Player Introductions – Visiting team announced first
