Pitched and played 2 years at Manatee Community College, including the 1991 JUCO World Series team that finished 2nd. Recorded a save in the semifinal win over Glendale, AZ.

Was the closer on the 1993 University of Central Florida team that won the TAAC championship, recorded save in championship game over Centenary.Joined the competitive Federal League in 1997 and, as a pitcher, has posted a League record 250 wins while just having 46 losses.Has been the Pitching Coach at Coral Springs High School since 2004. Has guided them through 3 consecutive district titles in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Coached 2012 1st draft choice Lewis Brinson and 13th round draft choice Alan Sharkey, both for 4 years.
