For more than two decades, Joe Cubas has been a recognized name in the international  baseball  community.  He has focused on the development, nurturing and enhancement of aspiring young players from around the world, with the goal of one day attending a college institution or playing for a Major League Organization. He gained international attention for his role in representing some of the top Latin baseball players in the Major Leagues during the late 90’s the likes of Orlando “El Duque” Hernandez, Livan Hernandez, Rolando Arrojo, Danys Baez and Mariano Rivera during the early stages of his career, in part, by gaining free agency status for his clients while providing them the avenue to achieve their dreams of playing Major League baseball. By the time Joe retired from the representational firm in 2006, he was instrumental in the development and representation of more than 50 professional players in Major League baseball.

For the past decade, Joe has focused his efforts on developing and assisting aspiring your players in their pursuit of higher education through baseball or academic college scholarships in the US.  At his latest venture, Florida Elite Prep & Sports School, Joe has been instrumental in designing an academic/sports program that aims to develop the complete student-athlete by providing the finest scholastic programs with Honors, Advance Placement, ESOL and specialized professional athletic training in the Country.

Joe is married to his high school sweetheart and wife of 32 years Maria, and together they have three children, Jeanette, Melissa and Dayan.
