The Massachusetts POWER SHOWCASE FUTURE STARS Showcase will be held September 14-15, 2013

LOCATION: The nicest Little League facility in Massachusetts.
Two tournament sized, lighted fields with a concession stand and indoor restrooms.
Each field has its own scoreboard and grandstand area.

STEVE LOMASNEY In 1995 was the Massachusetts High School Player of the Year in both baseball and football. Received a full athletic scholarship to play baseball and football at Boston College. Drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 5th round of the professional baseball draft. A Midwest League All Star in 1997. In 1998 set the Red Sox Florida State League homerun record with 22 and led the league in throwing percentage as a catcher. Named to The Florida State League All Star team. In 1999 Steve was the Red Sox Minor League Player of the Year and Baseball America rated him as the Boston Red Sox top prospect. Arizona Fall League All Star in 1999 and made Major League debut at the age of 22 with the Red Sox. In 12 year professional career Steve also played for the Baltimore Orioles, Cincinnati Reds and Minnesota Twins. Currently the owner of The Show Baseball & Softball Academy in Lawrence, MA. The Show is considered one of New England’s elite AAU and travel showcase team programs.
