Read their story

In my 21 years of coaching I have had few players with a greater drive to succeed than Matt Brown. Match that with the talent he possesses and it is the recipe for the success that he experienced last year as the starting 3B on the state championship team. Being the son of a coach can be a blessing or a curse and in Matt’s case he has used it as a blessing. He has been like a sponge around many of the great players that I have had go through my program and he has used their examples to reach the level that he is at today. As his father, as proud as I am of his successes on the ball field, I am more proud of the type of person he has become. J. Scott Brown, CAA – St. John Vianney High School Head Baseball Coach
