As a college coach with two national championships and 7 current players in the minor leagues and one in the majors I would like to enthusiastically recommend a player to you. Jack Pritchard has the potential to be one of the better players that you will find in the Northeast. Having also been a professional scout and coach I can undoubtedly say that his power is draftable. He has great length to his swing, an unusual thing for kids today and is strong enough to succeed offensively at the highest level of college baseball. In fact he received the highest power ranking at the Blue Gray Classic showcase since BJ Upton. He was selected as one of the top 60 power hitters in the country and participated in the Power Showcase at Tropicana Field in Tampa. This is the showcase where Bryce Harper gained his notoriety. Jack performed well hitting several tape measure home runs. You should view his video so you can see for yourself. After watching, understand that when this video was taken Jack would still have a year and a half before he would reach a college campus. Jack is a first class individual and the best character kid I have ever met. I would love for him to play for us but the fact of the matter is that his potential is too great for this to happen. He is a smart enough kid to understand his weaknesses and a determined enough individual to reach his goal. In my opinion after this summer Jack will be one of the most recruitable position players in the Northeast, Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.
