Steve Shenbaum

Steve Shenbaum is a former actor and current President and Founder of game on Media, LLC, based at the world famous IMG Academies in Bradenton, Fl. Steve oversees all communication, social acclimation and media training programs at IMG Academies and travels throughout the world leading seminars and keynote speeches to various teams and organizations, focusing on the power of honesty, humility and humor through the use of improvisation.

Steve has worked with the first overall picks in the NFL, NBA and NHL drafts including Sidney Crosby, Eli Manning, Greg Oden, Alex Smith, Erik Johnson and John Tavares. He has also worked with over thirty 1st round draft picks, numerous college and pro teams and corporations, and thousands of junior athletes at IMG Academies and abroad.

Steve was honored in 2005 by Gulf Coast Business Review as one of Florida’s leading businessmen under 40 years old. He and his company have been featured in Sports Illustrated, Sporting News, New York Times, The New Yorker, LA Times, ESPN “Outside the Lines”, ESPN News, ESPN The Magazine, ABC News, Hemisphere Magazine, Indianapolis Star, Biz 941, Sarasota Magazine and The Bradenton Herald.

In his past career as an actor, Steve co-hosted the nationally syndicated sports show Energy Express and conducted national workshops discussing the influence sports, technology and media have on society. His feature films include: American Pie 2, Winning London, Scorched, Big Fat Liar, The Third Wheel (with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck), EdTV and Space Jam. His television credits include a series regular on Killer App. (FOX pilot directed by Robert Altman), guest-starring roles on Will & Grace, Dharma and Greg, V.I.P., Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Married With Children and Beverly Hills, 90210. He has been featured in over 100 commercials and was the on-camera spokesman for ABC in ’97 and ’98.

Steve graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Theater and Performance Studies and also trained at the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England.
