I have known and have had the pleasure to coach Blaze for the past four years.  In that time, I have watched him grow into an outstanding person, student and athlete.  I have seen many examples of his talent and have long been impressed by his character and work ethic.  He has definitely grown into a top baseball prospect in his 2016 class.  Blaze is mature beyond his years.  He comes from a very supportive family who has raised him to be very respectful and hard working.  In the community, I have watched him lead in many situations that showed an amazing dedication to servant leadership.  I have coached college and professional baseball since 1997.  One thing I preach to my players is that the most important part of your experience is “who you become along the way” – I am so proud of who Blaze has become along the way.  His talent on the field matches his talent off.  Blaze would be a great addition to your event.James Vilade / AA Coach / North Texas Scout
I have had the privilege of knowing Blaze Beason for the past 4 years and coaching him the past two years. Blaze has been my starting catcher since his freshman year and I have total confidence in him behind the plate.Blaze models a strong work ethic and a passion for baseball. He has the ability to manage a game from behind the plate and to inspire and bring out the best in his teammates. He wants to win every time he takes the field and plays with a passion that is contagious to his teammates. One of the greatest life lessons that baseball teaches is team work. It’s a game that is totally dependent on players working together to achieve team success. Blaze has the maturity and leadership to work with other players and to encourage them.Prestonwood Christian Academy strives to develop humble servants for Christ . Each year the PCA baseball team travels to the Dominican Republic for a week of serving the people of the DR and showing them the love of Christ. Blaze shows great compassion for the children in the Dominican.  He is willing to do hard work such as building, painting, mowing, etc . to help make a better life for families in the Dominican . It is my honor to recommend Blaze Beason!!

TX BLAZE BEASON Blaze has partnered with Andrés Felipe for Home Runs that HelpLocation: Ms. Jackie’s Orphanage in the Dominican Republic

Blaze participated in a Mission trip to the DR last March along with the Varsity Baseball Team form Prestonwood Christian Academy. During this trip they visit, minister, and feed many villages and orphanages.

On this trip, Blaze met the young boy in the picture and they spent quite a lot of time together during the week-long trip. Blaze will be returning to the DR next March and he will be so excited to share this experience with Andrés.
