Thursday, November 9th – Player Check-in at Hilton Hotel. Player Check receive their uniforms and select their batting number for the home run derby.
LATE ARRIVAL - For players that arrive after 9:00pm - your number will be picked and your uniform will be placed in your bag and will be waiting for you on Friday morning in the First Base Dugout.

8:15am to 8:30am - Players check-in (first base dugout) with your Head Coach. Coach’s should have at a specific location in the stadium to meet everyday.
8:30am to 8:45am – Scout Day Meeting with Rusty Gerhardt – Question/Answer
8:45am to 11:00am – Scout Day on the field

11:15am to 1:30pm – Lunch - DO NOT BE LATE IN RETURNING!
2:00pm to 3:00pm – Mental Strength Training - Michael Cooper -Rangers Media Room – MANDATORY for Parents
7:00pm to 10:00pm – Welcome Dinner/Jersey Presentation – Cholula Porch - located right-field
Saturday, November 11th – Preliminary Round of the POWER SHOWCASE Home Run Derby.
Group 1 – ROOKIES – 10 to 12 – Home Run Derby (15 outs)
Rope used for field dimension and set at 225ft-225ft-225ft
8:45am to 9:00am – Player check in 3rd Base Dugout with Coach Joey Jara
9:00am to 9:30am – Player Introductions - First 4 home run derby participants will immediately head to the indoor cages (after being introduced) to get warmed-up.
9:30am to 9:35am – National Anthem performed by SOPHIE WALL
9:45am – ROOKIES POWER SHOWCASE BEGINS
2:00pm to 3:30pm – Lunch Break – Player’s will have 60/90 minutes depending on how quickly the group finishes – DO NOT BE LATE IN RETURNING!
4:00pm to 5:00pm – (Both Teams) Mental Strength Session – Michael Cooper – Media Room – MANDATORY for parents
5:00pm to 7:00pm – Shagg for the derby – MANDATORY!
7:00pm to 7:30pm – (Rookies National/Jara) Team Meeting – Visitors Clubhouse
7:30pm to 8:00pm – (Rookies American/Mitchell) Team Meeting – Visitors Clubhouse
Sunday, November 12th – Three Games & POWER SHOWCASE FINALS
