Austin Biggar is an AWESOME young man. I have known Austin for the last 4 years. During that time, Austin has shown many characteristics of leadership, high character, and a great work ethic. In the process of him growing as a player the last couple of years, Austin has gained the respect from all of the players and coaches around him through his unquestionable work ethic. In this work ethic, Austin has been able to become a leader in our baseball program. Austin must have this leadership in our program due to me being very demanding of our catchers in order to be our General on the field for us. Austin also has this work ethic in the classroom. Austin makes good grades and younger players look up to him for academic success. Our program runs a very intense off-season program, It asks for a kid to invert almost 3 hours a day in either weights, speed and agility, swimming, yoga, and baseball activities. Austin does not blink an eye at any of this and even ask his Dad  for more when gets home. I think this determination shown on a daily routine shows Austin’s high character as a young man. Austin is determined to be the best person, best student, and best player he can be all the time. As a program, we visit the elementary school next door to our school every Friday to mentor little kids. Once again, Austin’s character is shown every time we visit. The kids that Austin come in contact with absolutely love him. The way that Austin connects with these young kids is just amazing. These young kids cannot get enough of him. This ability shows what a great person he is off the field. As a player; Austin has done nothing but GREAT things for Parkview baseball. Austin represenst the work ethic and character that we preach every single second on the field. Austin was a starter for us for us behind the plate as a sophomore. Unless you knew Austin was a sophomore, you could never tell  by the way he controlled a pitching staff and his presence behind the plate. In addition, Austin was a HUGE contributor with the bat. All of this has helped Austin with his early verbal commitment to The University of Georgia.  Austin has done a lot of amazing things on and off the field at Parkview high school.
We are very LUCKY to have him back for 2 more years.

Austin has partnered with Gino Vizzi and Gino’s P4 Foundation for Home Runs that Help

Gino is many things: A student Athlete at Mill Creek high school, a baseball player and teammate, a son, brother and friend. But most importantly, Gino is a spiritual teenager that constantly places feelings and concerns of others above his own.  Unfortunately, Gino was recently diagnosed with (CML) Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. Instead of focusing inward and thinking about his own health issues, Gino realized there were other kids and families that needed help. Gino decided to create the P4 Foundation to help families with the financial and emotional struggle cancer effects them with.

Gino’s mission is to inspire, lift spirits, pray and provide support to individuals and families affected by cancer.

Gino’s vision is to have everyone involved in the foundation regardless of religion pray for healing and a CURE!
