Marty Reinhardt

Martin Reinhardt – Videographer – Born in Philadelphia, and raised in South Florida. Reinhardt attended American Heritage (Plantation) High School and graduated in 1990. He played baseball and basketball there. He was 1^st team All-County in 1989, and was the Sun-Sentinel, Miami Herald (1A-3A) Player of the Year in 1990. Following that, he played two years at Palm Beach CC (91, 92), where he led the state in saves his freshman year, and as a sophomore and starting pitcher, he was All-State and went 5-1, 1.44 ERA, which was top ten in the nation in ERA. He then transferred to Florida Atlantic University, and went 6-0, 3.21 ERA his jr. year, and 7-4, 2.44 ERA his sr. year, which included a win against the nationally ranked Florida Gators in Gainesville. Reinhardt was named to the 20 year All-Star team at FAU in 2000. After his collegiate career, he played two years for the Saskatoon Riot (Saskatchewan, Canada), an independent team in the Prairie League in ’94 and ’95. He was second in the league in ERA (2.21) in 1994.

Following his playing career, he taught for 8 years at Ft. Lauderdale Christian and Zion Lutheran in Broward County. He also coached baseball, and served as athletic director at FLCS.

While at Zion Lutheran he began doing video for various school functions and sporting events, while also filming weddings on weekends. The demand for video became so great, that in 2004 he made the transition to event videography full-time, and started Reinhardt Productions, Inc. They have won several awards for their wedding videography since 2007. During this time, RP has also produced dozens of recruiting videos for local baseball players who have aspirations of playing collegiately.

Reinhardt Productions, Inc. came on board with the Power Showcase in 2006, and Marty and Brian have done numerous showcases since then, including state home run derby’s in TN, TX, MO, and FL. Footage and highlight videos from the Power Showcase have been featured on ESPN, E:60, ESPN’s First Take, Fox Sports Net, MLB Network, and numerous local media outlets. They pride themselves on crafting cutting edge, state of the art highlight videos and promos. And the hundreds of videos and millions of views on YouTube and Vimeo bear that out.

Marty has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from FAU, and is married with 8 children. They reside in Port St. Lucie, FL.
