I hereby grant to and authorize Power Showcase, Inc, its employees, successors in interest, licensees, partners, assigns and agents, the right to take, use, reproduce, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of visual and audio images of me as well as my name, likeness, signature and biographical information for any lawful purpose which may include, among others, all activities of Power Showcase, Inc., advertising, promotion, any product or service of the Power Showcase, Inc., its events and activities. I agree that all visual and audio images as well as my name, likeness, signature and biographical information may be combined with other images, text and graphics. Visual and audio images are any type of recording, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, drawings, renderings, voices, sounds, interviews, video recordings, audio clips or accompanying written descriptions. I agree that Power Showcase, Inc. owns the images and all rights related to them.
I do hereby give Power Showcase, Inc., its employees, successors in interest, licensees, assigns, and agents, the irrevocable right to use the visual and audio images of me as well as my name, likeness, signature and biographical information in any manner or media now known or later invented including but not limited to Power Showcase sponsored websites, publications, promotions, trading cards, broadcasts, and advertisements. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished video and audio images or any printed or electronic matter including the video and audio images or my name, likeness, signature or biographical information, or to be compensated for use of such. .
I hereby release Power Showcase, Inc., its employees, successors in interest, licensees, assigns and agents from any claims, damages or liability which I may ever have in connection with the taking or use of the images or printed material including the video/audio images, my name, likeness, signature and biographical information.
I am at least 18 years of age and am competent sign this release . I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release and I freely accept the terms.
