Jeromie Spillman comes from a humble Arizona baseball background. Jeromie had the opportunity to play at Grand Canyon University on an athletic scholarship. He was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays organization in the 2000 draft and played professionally for four years. His professional background also includes participating in Major League spring training as a batting practice pitcher with the Texas Rangers. His most recent accomplishments, as a high school coach, include back to back region championships (4A & 5A) and an Arizona 16U Don Mattingly State Championship with Angels Amateur Scout Program. He’s a head coach in the Arizona Collegiate Wooden Bat League in the summer and was recently named the head coach of the baseball program at Maryvale High School in Phoenix, Arizona.
Jeromie is very involved in the Arizona baseball community and dedicates time to state wide events such as the Arizona Diamond Report Fall Showcase, International Performance Baseball Showcase and Combine and Power Showcase-Arizona. He’s also involved with youth baseball in providing professional lessons (pitching, hitting, and fielding).
On a personal note, Jeromie lives with his wife, son Ashton and two daughters, Ayla and Olivia. He enjoys spending his free time with his family.
