Parents, for Tuesday night’s Welcome Dinner you’ll have three entree options to choose from (Chicken /  Steak / Pasta (Vegetarian)).  Power Showcase will be paying for your son’s meal only..

Drinks

Tea, Water and Coke will be provide for the players

Alcohol – parents, there will be  a cash bar for your choice of refreshments

Choice of Entrees:

1.       Herb Grilled Chicken with Tomato Olive Relish, Herb Risotto, Seasonal Vegetables and a Sherry Chicken Jus

2.       Capellini Pasta Nests with Roasted Garlic, Cherry Tomatoes, Squash, Charred Eggplant Parmesan and Housemade Marinara (Vegetarian)

3.       Flat Iron Pizziole, Parmesan Polenta Cake, Seasonal Vegetables and a Port Wine Demi Glace. All steaks cooked Medium.

All Entrees include Salad:

“Knife and Fork Caesar Salad with Hearts of Romaine, Shaved Locatelli, Grilled Foccacia, Roasted Pepper Nests with a White Balsamic Vinaigrette”

All Entrees include Dessert:

“Praline Pyramid with Caramel Sauce and Chocolate Crunchies”

Price per Entree- $70.00 (paid via Paypal by December 15, 2011)
