The POWER SHOWCASE continues to provide baseball magic for its participants.

The POWER SHOWCASE World Classic seeks to celebrate one of the finest moments in sports, the Home Run, while providing a platform for the top high school power hitting prospects to demonstrate their baseball skills in a Major League Stadium. Created in 2004 by Brian Domenico, the POWER SHOWCASE International High School Home Run Derby has evolved into one of the most exciting, can’t-miss events of the year.

Any time a kid can be touched by getting on these Major League fields, who knows to what extent this golden seed of opportunity will come to fruition in their career down the line. This unique aspect is the life blood of the POWER SHOWCASE event, and this year, those lucky young ball players from across the United States converge in Arizona at Chase Field for the 2019 NATIONAL POWER SHOWCASE event.

The showcase delivers on every level, providing an unforgettable experience through every aspect of the game of baseball.  Participants enjoy an array of events held on the immaculate Globe Life Park playing field. The main goal is to provide families with a wide spectrum of education, excitement, and history. A good showing in the event could catapult players into a national spotlight and help their recruiting and their standing among the thirty Major League Baseball Clubs.

Chase Field, formerly Bank One Ballpark, is a baseball park located in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. It is the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, the city’s Major League Baseball franchise. It opened in 1998, in time for the Diamondbacks’ first game as an expansion team.Wikipedia
